The Solution
Revolutionary Innovation solving some of the world's natural resource problems
OUR MISSION
RIG is an innovation engineering company, driving technological advancements in solid and fluid waste sectors. We specialise in processing technical waste streams that are usually expensive and difficult to dispose of due to high levels of contamination. Our cost-effective engineering solutions, not only deal with the most complex waste, but also provide qualifying and sustainable products back to global infrastructure.
Our aspiration is to become a world leader in sustainable waste processing technology, creating a circular economy to global infrastructure demands on construction materials.
Cutting Edge Physical Processing
The physical processing element of RIG's solutions are inspired by processes that are currently used in naturally occurring virgin material processing, and non-hazardous soils processing. Our solution uses washing technology that has been developed in the processing of natural materials, such as specialist sands. Our solutions are designed to be bespoke to the material that we process to ensure consistent and compliant material to our customers. Depending on our feed material, we utilise and optimise our process using technology from different sectors, such as tunnelling and metallurgy, optical sorting, X-ray sorting, Gravity Separation and Flotation.
Bioremediation
This process consists of continual treatment of our recycled wash water, products and by-product that are produced during the treatment. The process involves different types of bacterial and fungal remediation techniques. This process happens both during the processing cycle and outside of the processing cycle. All products will be specifically created for our process and the types of materials available to process in the local area. We are currently running research and development trails on complex waste streams that are not commonly recycled. These complex waste streams allow RIG to recycle waste from untapped industries where waste is currently landfilled.
Compliance and Sustainability
Government regulations, permitting and planning is one of the key items that sets RIG apart from other Waste Processing companies. Our highly skilled team holds a wealth of knowledge around global legislation, hydrology, waste compliance and technical processing. Our aspiration is to be the leading example for the industry of how sustainable waste treatment operations can be run.
Cost Effective Disposal
RIG presents cost-effective solutions, to traditional non-hazardous processing methods. RIG's engineering solutions can accept higher value contaminationlevels, into its plants, which ultimately lessens and diverts the impacts on hazardous and non-hazardous landfills. Our business model allows for RIG to accept below market rate inert, non-hazardous and hazardous materials.
THE FUTURE OF RECYCLE IT GLOBAL
Over the past two years, RIG has been carrying out global studies on waste production and construction material demand. RIG will be aspiring to install plants across the globe, bringing new and innovative technology to drive sustainability and divert waste from landfills. RIG's team has carried out feasibility studies on a number of high waste producing countries.
